The Taylor 812ce-N was designed with the steel string player in mind, offering an easy transition with a radius fingerboard and a slightly narrower nut width than a traditional classical guitar. This flagship, all solid wood instrument offers a great segue into the nylon string guitar world. All solid Indian Rosewood back and sides offer the traditional low end warmth with a nice scooped out midrange and top end sparkle while the solid Sitka Spruce top offers the complex tonal options and dynamic range all players will appreciate. The smaller, more compact body shape makes this model super comfortable and with 12 frets to the body, the left hand position will feel more relaxed.
