Handcrafted in Japan by master luthiers with over 50 years of experience, the DYM70 is built using choice tonewoods like solid Sitka spruce and East Indian rosewood. Its dreadnought body provides a balanced and projecting voice perfect for strumming rhythm or intricate fingerpicking. Robust and Responsive Solid Wood ConstructionThe DYM70 starts with hand-selected solid Sitka spruce for the top and solid East Indian rosewood for the back and sides. The solid spruce top offers clarity and volume with strong projection, while the rosewood back and sides provide a rich, complex midrange with clear and defined bass. Together, these premium solid woods allow the DYM70 to sing with a bold and balanced dreadnought tone. The neck is also crafted from mahogany for smooth playability.
