Get my Guitar found the latest prices on the Catalinbread Carbide Distortion Effects Pedal Black.
The Catalinbread Carbide is a pulverizing distortion with heady boosts to certain frequency bands—three of them, to be exact—and a ton of volume. Officially, obtaining this “chainsaw sound,” as it came to be known, consists of plugging into a Boss HM-2 Heavy Metal and maxing all four knobs. The Carbide starts with this at its base, then tweaks the majority of the distortion circuit for maximum crunch and thud. Instead of giving you a paltry blend control, the Carbide splits your signal into two paths; one path heads to a powerful clean boost specially configured to downtuned instruments, the other heads into the gears of the distortion. Each path is given its own volume knob before being mixed in parallel, letting you fine-tune the right amount of dirt. An Emphasis control tightens up the extreme low end while cutting treble, letting the boosted frequency bands jump out of the mix. If you've been a fan of music with guitars tuned lower than standard in the last 30 years, there's a chance you've heard of this hot new sound, usually associated with heavy riffs and power tools. | Catalinbread Carbide Distortion Effects Pedal Black

Get my Guitar found the latest prices on the Catalinbread Bitters Multi-Effects Modulation Pedal Red.
"The Bitters modulation pedal from Catalinbread provides a palette of lush, experimental soundscapes in an intuitive interface. Designed for adventurous guitarists and synth players, the Bitters lets you dial in everything from subtle chorus to mind-bending sonic mutations with individual knobs for distortion, phaser and a ""Bitters"" effects knob which can access four different programs - Decimator, Bitcrusher, Frequency Modulation and Ring Modulation. Shape Your Tone With Versatile Modulation EffectsThe Bitters opens up a world of tone-crafting options with three effects in series that can be reordered to taste. The distortion circuit imparts a harmonically rich overdrive which can be dialed from clean boost to saturated distortion. The deep phase shifter produces syrupy undulations at lower settings and an intense 20Hz throb at its highest. The ""Bitters"" knob accesses four chaotic modulation effects which introduce dramatic tonal changes, from subtle pitch modulation to alien ring modulation tones. With the dedicated mix control, you can blend in as little or as much of the effected signal as you like. Explore New Creative PossibilitiesWhether paired with guitar, bass, synth or drum machine, the Bitters inspires new ideas and fuels sonic exploration. Its powerful and unusual effects encourage unconventional playing approaches and open portals to strange new worlds of sound. The mix control provides an easy way to introduce dramatic effected passages into your playing or incorporate the Bitters' peculiar tones as an accent or special effect. For the adventurous musician seeking unique and inspiring sounds, the Bitters delivers. Take Your Playing into Outer SpaceTurn the Bitters knob to unleash alien sounds that will transform your playing. The decimator effect lowers your sample rate to introduce glitchy artifacts, while the bitcrusher crunches your tone down to one bit for lo-fi destruction. Frequency modulation or pitch vibrato, can provide subtle warbling chorus or tear your signal to shreds. The ring modulator generates robotic tones by multiplying your input with an internal frequency. Paired with distortion and phaser, these intergalactic Bitters effects open up a wormhole to experimental sonic dimensions. Slow and Syrupy or Lightning Fast PhaserThe Bitters' deep sine-wave phaser ranges from languid and swirling to an ear-bending 20Hz for radical tone shaping. Crank the phaser knob to increase the rate or lower it towards 0Hz to remove the phaser from your signal path. Like the Bitrman that inspired it, the Bitters' phaser exceeds the limits of most pedals for enveloping phase-shifted ambiance or rapid-fire swooshing. Intuitive Design For Sonic ManipulationDespite the Bitters' potential for disorienting and chaotic sounds, its design remains highly intuitive. The logical layout of knobs makes it easy to understand how the distortion, phaser and ""Bitters"" effects interact and influence your core tone. LEDs indicate the selected ""Bitters"" program so you'll always know which effect is active. Powered by a standard 9 to 18V center-negative power supply, the Bitters is built to handle the demands of the stage and studio. If you're looking for a pedal that inspires new ideas and fuels creativity, check out the Bitters. An extremely moody delay, the Bicycle Delay is named after 'Bicycle Day' (April 19th, 1943), which is the day that British scientist Albert Hoffman took LSD and rode his bicycle home from the lab, marking the first ever acid trip. The Bicycle Delay is a physical manifestation of the experience of consciousness, letting go of the desire to control everything, experiencing the present and maintaining a positive attitude in order to leave room for a positive experience. The Bicycle Delay is as organic as a computer growing from a tree. Sonically the pedal is ever changing, even turning the knobs has an amorphous behavior. Go with it. CONTROLSLucidity (Wet/Dry Mix)Yin and Yang. There is a balance. The weight of each side is symbiotic and ever changing. Reflect (Number of Repeats; from One Rpeat to Self Oscillation) Envision a staircase. REFLECT determines the number of steps in the staircase. Each step climbs or falls depending on MOOD. Radiance (Repeats Filter) Darkness or light. Dulled or sharpened. You can find opacity or clarity here. Mood (Determines Direction and Velocity of the Pitch Shift of the Repeats) Mood determines the steepness of the staircase. Tailspin or ascending a thermal? Sometimes it's hard to tell. Even at the center there is chaos in the tranquility. Embrace it. Expanse (Delay Time) Where is the focus? Inward, close at hand? Or gazing outward at a far away horizon in the mind's eye? Somewhere in between? Your journey can be as short or as long as you care to make it. Take your time. Speak and listen. There is opportunity and consequence to what you bring to the conversation. The quiet voice brings calm, reasoned responses; the bombastic can incite a strong reaction you did not anticipate. Many voices create a cacophony, the lone voice is heard clearly. Each can foster harmony or discord depending on what is being communicated. Powering Up the Bicycle Delay You can power your Bicycle Delay with any quality power supply designed for use with effects pedals. The output should be a negative tip DC from 9–18 V. The Bicycle Delay does not run on batteries. If you want more volume, headroom, and percussive attack, try running an 18 V power supply. A 9 V power supply will have a slightly softer sound that saturates more easily. Pro Tip You can set the Gain trimmer for a pre-determined amount of boost so when you hit the Bicycle Delay, your sound will get louder, juicier and have more impact. "Embark on an illuminated sonic journey with the Catalinbread Bicycle Delay 3D effects pedal with 3D glasses. With its Reflect, Radiance, Mood, Lucidity, and Expanse controls, this pedal enables you to summon ghostly harmonies, spine-chilling descending pitch shifts, and hypnotic repeats that echo through the depths of your creativity. Within this spectral stompbox lies a universe of trippy soundscapes, twisting and turning in ways that thrill not just the mind but also the ear. To enhance your experience, each pedal comes with a pair of enchanted 3D glasses, allowing you to witness the otherworldly 3D art that dances across its surface. We cordially extend an invitation to expand your mind and enter the third dimension with us. REFLECT (Number of repeats; from one repeat to self-oscillation): Imagine a staircase of sound. REFLECT determines the number of steps in this staircase, representing the number of repeats of your signal. As you turn the knob clockwise, the number of repeats increases, creating a cascading effect. At its maximum, it can lead to self-oscillation, where the repeats build infinitely until interrupted. MOOD (Determines direction and velocity of the pitch shift of the repeats): MOOD controls the pitch modulation of the repeats. It determines whether the pitch shifts ascend (rise) or descend (fall) and the speed at which these shifts occur. Turning MOOD clockwise might create a soaring, uplifting effect, while turning it counterclockwise might produce a spiraling, descending effect. It embodies the chaotic yet tranquil nature of sound modulation. LUCIDITY (Wet/dry mix): This knob controls the balance between the wet (effected) and dry (original) signals. When turned clockwise, it emphasizes the wet signal, creating a more pronounced echo effect. Turning it counterclockwise emphasizes the dry signal, allowing more of your original, unaffected sound to come through. It embodies the concept of balance, akin to the Yin and Yang philosophy, where the two elements (wet and dry) harmonize in a symbiotic relationship. RADIANCE (repeats filter): RADIANCE acts as a filter for the repeated signals. When turned clockwise, it sharpens the repeats, making them clear and distinct. This setting is akin to focusing a camera lens, bringing the echoes into sharp relief. Turning it counterclockwise softens the repeats, adding a touch of ethereal quality to the sound. It controls the clarity or opacity of the echoed sound, allowing you to create a dark, moody atmosphere or a bright, shimmering ambiance. EXPANSE (delay time): EXPANSE controls the time delay between the original sound and its echoed repeats. By adjusting this knob, you can vary the delay time, allowing you to create short, rapid echoes or long, spacious delays. It represents the concept of focus, determining whether the sound echoes inward, staying close to the original, or expands outward, reaching a faraway horizon. PRESENCE TRIMPOT: There is a trimpot (accessible by removing the bottom plate) that allows you to fine-tune the amount of presence or high treble frequencies that the pedal produces. It is factory set to provide the best tone in most circumstances. SL/SB MODE SWITCH: Two distinct voicings: ""Super Lead"" and ""Super Bass"" are switchable via an internal slider switch. The mode switch can be accessed by removing the four screws of the bottom plate. It is located up at the top left corner of the pedal. You can power your Bicycle Delay using any high-quality power supply specifically designed for effects pedals. The required output should be a negative tip DC ranging from 9 to 18 volts. Note: The Bicycle Delay does not operate on batteries. If you desire increased volume, headroom, and a sharper percussive attack, consider using an 18-volt power supply. Get my Guitar found the latest prices on the Catalinbread Adineko Oil Can Delay Guitar Pedal.
"Catalinbread began working on an oil can delay (later to be named the Adineko) in the Summer of 2012, about the same time they were working on the Echorec. They identified a number of very cool behaviors of the old units, though the differences could be dramatic from unit to unit, or day to day (even hour to hour based on the temperature of the oil). The positive behaviors were a cool, bright, but murky sounding echo with a vibrato modulation that lined up with the echo time, and a repeat quality that had a ""fog"" that hovered in unique way. You will notice that each of the Adineko cases have been aged. It just seemed fitting for this, which is inspired by the old oil can effects, to look physically weathered and a bit stained. As they always strive to do when making something old, new again, Catalinbread wants to honor the old experience and expand upon it. The Adineko is no exception: the murky warble of the old units, traditionally only achievable when the oil’s thickness is incorrect, can be conjured a twist of the VISCOSITY knob. The warm echo quality has an expandedrange of delay time (TIMING knob), more so than any oil can unit could ever hope to achieve. The dual playback head is continuously able to be balanced (BALANCE knob) to favor one head over the other for interesting syncopation feels. The Adineko can achieve authentic oil can sounds, but is designed to mode the mechanical concept and deliver results well beyond what was possible with the original units. To dial an authentic oil can sound:TIMING to 9-10 o’clock VISCOSITY to 9-10 o’clock REVERB to the verge of self oscillation BLEND to 12 o’clock BALANCE to 12 o’clockNow, you will hear all of the hallmarks of an original oil can unit. A relatively short echo time on two taps, a vibrato in the concert with the delay time, and a reverb that sounds like a low lying fog coalescing upon the verge of a self-oscillating resonant point. To get the vibrato sound of a Tel-Ray Deluxe Organ Tone, use the above settings, but turn the REVERB down and the BLEND up to taste. Must be powered with a center-negative, regulated 9–18V DC external power supply. Add Vibrato to Any SoundNot only does the Adineko recreate oil can delay tones, it also provides a lush vibrato effect. Engage the Vibrato footswitch to apply a warbling pitch modulation, just like the oil cans produced. Adjust the Vibrato knob to control the intensity and speed of the vibrato. Apply this effect to your direct tone or to the delayed echoes—you can even combine delay and vibrato for a swirling, psychedelic soundscape. Get my Guitar found the latest prices on the Carl Martin Red Repeat Delay Echo with Tap Tempo Pedal.
"The Red Repeat 2016 Edition is designed to take your guitar signal and repeat it after a given amount of time. The simplest description comes from the Echoplexes and Space Echoes of years ago. If you envision a tape recorder with the recording head and the playback head in line with each other, and the tape (usually a loop of some sort) running—you play a note on your guitar which is recorded onto the tape by the recording head and is then played back by the playback head immediately after. The delay time is determined by how far apart the recording and playback heads are, and by simply adding more playback heads, that original note is played back as often (or repeated) as you have playback heads. The Red Repeat 2016 Edition takes this old technology and brings it up to modern standards. The Echo control basically determines the amount of this effect, from barely noticeable, to sounding like two guitars playing at once (slap-back). The Tone control changes the presence (EQ) of the echoed signal, leaving your original signal EQ the way you set it up. The Time control adjusts the space between your original signal and the echoed signal from 0 to 600 milliseconds, and finally, the Repeat control determines how many echoes there are from each signal. So again for guitar-players who need it super-simple: the Echo and Time controls tell you how much echo and how much space between echoes. And the Tone and Repeat controls determine the actual presence of the echo and how many echoes there are. The Red Repeat 2016 Edition can be used to fatten up your sound, as an alternative to reverb, to give a very percussive flavor to your playing, all the way to the longest delays which you can play over top of, like a short loop. This type of effect has been used since the '50s, and has helped shape the signature sounds of Les Paul, Chet Atkins, Gene Vincent, Brian Setzer, David Gilmour and countless others, and once you understand the effect, is usually pretty easy to spot in recordings. Remember, Delays can come before or after your distortion pedals, but usually after amplitude (volume) effects. For the new improved Red Repeat 2016 Edition, the company has added a couple features that various players have asked about. To begin with, a Tap Tempo function. For those familiar with delay pedals, the Tap Tempo allows the player to tap in the tempo he or she choses to use playing. Simply flip the switch that says Manual Time toward the name Red Repeat and with your toe, tap the footswitch marked Tap Tempo to the beat of the song. This allows your echoes to be spaced precisely with the tempo of the song, faster or slower, depending on your style. When The Manual Time switch is flipped away from the Red Repeat 2016 Edition decal, the pedal goes back to setting the space between echoes with the Time knob. The second special feature is the Modulation switch. By engaging this switch, and adjusting the black mini-pots marked Depth and Speed, you can modulate the echoes of your notes so that they mimick the ""wow and flutter""of a vintage tape echo! This subtle effect can bring a whole new dimension to your solo’s, especially if you want them to sound ""old."" | Carl Martin Red Repeat Delay Echo with Tap Tempo Pedal"

Carl Martin decided it was time to reintroduce the sounds from '60s and '70s rock backs with the PlexiRanger pedal to bring back classic rock effects. Some of the most popular amplifier set-ups were often with multi-speaker cabinets. Players now and back in the day cared for their signature sounds on stage and in the studio with these rigs, and in order to deal with the overpowering bottom end, they made use of The Treble Booster. Carl Martin added a gain channel along with the boost channel for a one-of-a-kind effects pedal, increasing your sound for a classic tune. | Carl Martin PlexiRanger Overdrive Effects Pedal Green and Cream

Get my Guitar found the latest prices on the Carl Martin Paraloop Guitar Effects Pedal.
Many guitarists find that, while an effects pedal can be helpful with creating and using innovative sounds, sometimes the natural sound of the instrument is compromised. Thanks to the Carl Martin Paraloop effects pedal, that digital sound can be controlled. The Paraloop is a single loop box with a mix control, designed for most amplifiers' serial loops. When used in conjunction with digital multi effects processors, the Carl Martin pedal brings out the guitar's natural analog tone. By simply running an effects pedal all wet (with effects engaged), then blending it with the Paraloop pedal's wet/dry control, the result is a more natural and blended tone, giving guitarists a balanced sound with added control over the effects. The Carl Martin Paraloop single loop effect pedal allows you to mix your dry analog tone with the digitally processed sounds of a multi effects processor, so that the guitar sounds more natural and less digitized. Get my Guitar found the latest prices on the Carl Martin Octa-Switch MK3 Multi-Effects Looper.
The Octa-Switch MK3 multi-effects looper lets you create banks for your effects and eliminates the tap dancing. Your eight effects plug into the eight effects-loops on the back of the unit (all true-bypass, impedance free, gold relays so you can run any of your pedals, new and old without problem), and then by turning on or off the numbered switches in each of eight DIP Bank switches, you determine which effects you wish to use simultaneously in each Bank. There is a blue LED for every effects loop used and for each Bank (so once you are programmed, when you step on Bank 6 you will see the lights of all the effects you have assigned to Bank 6 and the Bank 6 LED). The Octa-switch MK3 has incorporated a couple new features as well! The ninth switch on the left side of the case is a BYPASS Switch. This allows you to completely bypass all eight pedals and enjoy only the unaffected sound of your amplifier. There are also two External Switching jacks which allow you to use two amplifiers and/or switch channels on those amps. There is a buffered Mono input and a stereo Output, and the unit is powered by dual 9v batteries, or by a regulated power supply. Please note, the DIP switches are slide type, NOT push down. They are easily operated with a small screwdriver, a pen, or a very small finger. There is a buffered or True Bypass (non-buffered) switch at the back of the Octa-switch which you select depending on the stage set-up or your personal preference. On large stages when running long connected cables, there is a definite drop in the high end of your guitar sound (more or less depending on the input impedance of your amplifier). So the enginneers built in a buffer circuit at the input, so the user can choose between 100% true bypass, or a buffered bypass to beef up the signal. The Octa-Switch MK3 has stereo outputs as well as the stereo return on Loop 8 (this is a stereo jack with tip-left and ring-right). Since stereo effects like choruses are placed at the end of your effects-chain, we would typically insert them in Loop 8.The Octa-Switch MK3 has nine switches, the eight are presets and the ninth is an effect Bypass, which will bypass the Octa-Switch MK3 to your un-affected amplifier sound. Please note if the Buffered Input is engaged at the back of the pedal, it will also be engaged in the bypass Mode on top of the pedal, as they work in conjunction with each other. Similarly, if the True Bypass Input is engaged at the back, the Bypass switch on top will switch to a True Bypass signal. The Octa-Switch MK3 has two external switching jacks for changing channels on your amp(s), or other operational features. Get my Guitar found the latest prices on the Carl Martin Honey Comp Compressor Effects Pedal Platinum.
The Honey Comp Compressor effects pedal is the same as Carl Martin’s previous Compressor Limiter in many ways. It has a gray anodized finish, the same footprint, and the same simplicity of use with one compression control and one level control. But the Honey Comp Compressor does come with a few upgrades. First, Carl Martin added a Dry volume, which allows for parallel processing with three knobs. Parallel Processing is a studio technique that takes a heavily compressed signal (which through compression loses some dynamics, if not all) and allows you to add a clean (Dry) signal on top. This technique replaces those dynamics, giving your guitar three-dimensionality and allowing the guitar to cut through the mix. It’s a well-known technique for players who are used to working in the studio, but usually too complex for a pedalboard. The three knobs allow you to balance the Compressed signal with the Dry signal quickly and efficiently for a professional sound. The Carl Martin Honey Comp effects pedal also incorporates the special CM developed DC/DC converter circuitry. This enables Carl Martin to run the pedal with +-12V internally, which is necessary, in order to maintain the same sonic quality and headroom as the old Compressor/Limiter, using a regular 9V DC 200mA external power supply. Get my Guitar found the latest prices on the Carl Martin Greg Howes Lick Box Pedal.
At first glance, Greg Howe’s Lick Box looks like many other Carl Martin pedals. It has a High Gain channel that has lots of bottom end and crisp highs alongside a dynamic Crunch channel, which emphasizes the mids with very little compression, and of course the Carl Martin signature 12db Boost channel. The High Gain and Crunch channels were voiced to Greg Howe’s specifications, but underneath its orientation toward Greg’s sound is a rethinking of how these three channels work together. You can use either the High Gain or Crunch channels on their own, and you can adjust the tone for each with its dedicated Tone control, and you can also add up to 12 db of crystal clean Boost to either of those channels. You can additionally turn on both gain channels together. By placing the High Gain first in the chain, you allow the Crunch voicing to overrule the High Gain while adding a few db to your volume. You lose some of the lows and highs, but this results in a focused and controlled mid-range that cuts through the mix. And of course you can add up to 12 db of clean Boost as well for meatier leads. The Greg Howe Lick Box features cast metal casing, the high quality switches with ‘on’ indicating LED’s, and the new Carl Martin DC/DC converter circuitry. This new power circuit allows you to use a 9V Power Supply while still maintaining the +-12V circuitry that is crucial for component quality and extra headroom above most 9V pedals. | Carl Martin Greg Howes Lick Box Pedal

Get my Guitar found the latest prices on the Carl Martin EchoTone Delay Guitar Effects Pedal.
The Carl Martin Echotone delay guitar effects pedal may just be the only delay pedal you ever need. Imagine switching from a Manual time setting to a Tap time setting right at your feet, so you can play with your favorite slap-back echo on rhythm to a Tap (tempo), and set echo for that massive lead or solo. Combine this echo flavoring by installing a chorus, flange or even distortion pedal in the insert loop, and the switchable trail function at bypass and you get an echo effect pedal of unbelievable sound and dimension. The Carl Martin delay pedal's Echo switch activates or bypasses the Echotone, indicated by the LED on the unit being activated. Please note the Echotone is not true bypass, it features a high-quality buffered bypass, to ensure long cabling without loss. The delay pedal's Select switch lets you choose between the manual time setting and the Tap Tempo function. This function allows you to shift between two presets easily. The Tap Tempo lets you set the delay time simply by tapping the desired tempo on the Tempo switch with your foot (tap a minimum of two times or more as the Carl Martin EchoTone guitar pedal will always set the tempo after the last two taps). With the Manual time function chosen on the select switch you set the desired delay time on the chicken-head knob. Turning it clockwise creates faster delay time, while turning it counterclockwise produces longer delay. The Carl Martin EchoTone pedal's Echo knob lets you mix between dry and wet; the Feedback knob lets you choose the amount of echo you want; and the Tone knob lets you adjust the voicing on the repeats, from dark position in full counterclockwise to light in full clockwise. The tone will only affect the repeats, not the overall sound from the guitar. With the delay pedal's Loop you can insert an external effect device, like a chorus, phase, overdrive pedal, or EQ. With this you can either color or modulate the echo in a multitude of different ways with really cool results. Once again, the sounds produced in the loop only work on the repeats, not on the overall tone coming from the guitar. Inserting a modulation effect into the loop requires you to regulate the echo and feedback to lesser settings, as the feedback can go into oscillation if left in the same setting without modulation. The delay pedal's Trail switch lets guitarists choose whether you want trails on or off when in bypass mode. Trails are the echo ringing out when you bypass the effect pedal, in off position the effect stops immediately when bypassed. As with all the Danish built Carl Martin effects, the Echotone delay pedal comes in a low-profile housing, coated in a stunning off-white color, with a built-in 12v (+/-) regulated power supply. The Carl Martin Echotone's built-in power supply has an attached power wall plug cord, to run only on main power, not 9V battery or 9V adapter.

"The Catalinbread Airstrip console preamp pedal channels the iconic tones of the legendary Trident A-Range recording console into a compact stompbox. Renowned for shaping the sound of countless classic recordings, the A-Range console's discrete germanium-and-transformer-based preamp is celebrated for its harmonic richness and tonal versatility. The Airstrip faithfully captures these qualities, offering everything from pristine cleans to saturated, harmonically rich distortion. With its vintage-inspired op-amp design, transformer-based circuitry, and tailored treble filter, this pedal provides a dynamic range of tones that enhance your rig's sonic character. Whether you're after warm, studio-polished cleans or searing, fuzz-laden textures, the Airstrip delivers studio-quality tone in a pedalboard-friendly format. Push Control for Dynamic Gain ResponseThe Push knob is the heart of the Airstrip, transforming it from a subtle tone enhancer to a roaring fuzz machine with a simple twist. Set at lower levels, it introduces soft saturation and pleasing harmonic complexity, ideal for adding depth to clean tones. As you increase the control, the pedal pushes into aggressive, amp-like distortion, delivering tones reminiscent of collapsing preamps and vintage console overload. This dynamic gain response makes the Airstrip an ideal choice for players seeking a range of textures, from understated warmth to full-blown grit. Vintage-Inspired Volume ControlThe Volume control on this preamp pedal is more than just a level knob—it shapes your sound with a tailored tonal profile designed to replicate a ""mastered"" sonic character. At its lowest settings, it functions as a robust clean boost, adding volume and clarity without unwanted coloration. Crank the Volume, and the pedal enhances your signal with punchy lows, a focused midrange and a polished high-end sheen.
Vintage tone aficionados will love the retro sound and style of the Catalinbread Adineko Oil Can Delay pedal. This pedal authentically recreates the mysterious, lo-fi echoes of '70s-era oil can delay units from Tel-Ray in an all-analog design. You'll get lush, modulated echoes and ambient reverbs that evoke rock's golden age. Whether you play psychedelic rock, classic rock or blues, the Adineko helps you forge iconic sounds of the past. All-Analog Circuitry Models Oil Can EchoesCatalinbread engineered the Adineko's circuitry to faithfully capture the slapback echoes, ambient reverbs and warbling vibrato of Tel-Ray's oil can delays from the '70s. An all-analog signal path gives their circuit a warmth and richness that digital can't replicate. You'll get the same murky, modulated repeats that defined the tone of iconic albums from the era. The Adineko's controls even mimic the simplicity of original oil can units so you can easily dial in trippy, retro-inspired sounds. Controls Shape Mysterious Echo TexturesThe Adineko's intuitive controls make it easy to craft lush, lo-fi echo effects. Adjust the Delay Time knob to set the interval between echo repeats, from quick slapbacks to distant reverbs. The Reverb knob adds spacious ambience to your echoes. Increase the Intensity for more dramatic, pronounced echoes or turn it down for a subtler retro reverb. The Wow & Flutter knob adds modulation to emulate the pitch variations caused by the spinning disks in oil can delays. You'll get textures from subtle chorusing to seasick pitch shifts. The versatility to use delay, vibrato or both makes the Adineko a great tool for crafting unique guitar textures.

It just plays better with different amps. The single Plexi also incorporates the new DC-DC converter circuitry, so the pedal can be powered by a regulated 9V power supply, but will still operate on the same +-12V level as the original AC powered PlexiTone. This allows Carl Martin to use the same high-quality components, which provide the same tone and headroom that make the CM Pro-Series stand out from the rest.
